Man Charged With Possessing Child Porn

RHINEBECK, NY — A Dutchess County man is facing felony child porn charge. State police arrested Michael M. Billone, 63, of Rhinebeck, June 22, and charged him with possessing a sexual performance by a child, a felony.

Investigative work led by the Computer Crimes Unit in Troop K developed information that Billone was in possession of digital files containing sexual performances by children, police said.

A search warrant was applied for and granted by a local magistrate which led to Billone’s arrest.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Rhinebeck Court July 12.

The arrest by the state police from the Rhinebeck barracks was in conjunction with Troop K Computer Crimes and Major Crimes Units.
