Sept. 25-Suffolk Arrest Report

All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

• Roberto Desimone, 45, of Brooklyn, was arrested in North Babylon on Sept. 23 on a charge of aggravated DWI: with child- 1st offense. (Desimone’s 10-year-old child was in the car at the time)
• Brian Walsh, 36, of Seaford, was arrested in Lindenhurst on Sept. 20 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
• Rodolfo Chicas, 28, of Brentwood, was arrested in Deer Park on Sept. 20 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
• Latese Chappell, 22, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on Sept. 19 on a charge of first degree rape.
• Richard McMahon, 39, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Babylon on Sept. 19 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
• Norman Frater, 44, of Uniondale, was arrested in West Babylon on Sept. 18 on a charge of aggravated DWI.
• Brian Nelson, 41, of Huntington, was arrested in Cold Spring Harbor on Sept. 23 on a charge of aggravated criminal contempt.
• Christina Finnegan, 24, of East Northport, was arrested in Huntington on Sept. 23 on a charge of first degree falsifying business records.
  
• Kimberly Cook, 50, of Greenlawn, was arrested in Greenlawn on Sept. 22 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt.
• Aiman Shaukat, 25, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station on Sept. 22 on two counts of third degree grand larceny.
  
• Mary McCue, 33, of Syosset, was arrested in Huntington on Sept. 20 on a charge of second degree burglary.
• Eslin Raymundo, 20, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station on Sept. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
• Feizz Afsari, 22, of Deer Park, was arrested in Bay Shore on Sept. 19 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
• Chad Morizsan, 34, of Northport, was arrested in Central Islip on Sept. 22 on charges of third degree grand larceny, assault on a police officer, leaving the scene of an incident resulting in serious injury, petty larceny, leaving the scene of an incident involving property damage, second degree robbery and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• Patricia Dellasperanzakuriga, 58, of Massapequa, was arrested in Hauppauge on Sept. 23 on a charge of second degree grand larceny.
• Michelle Boitel, 25, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Hauppauge on Sept. 21 on a charge of third degree grand larceny.
• Joseph Salamone, 19, of Smithtown, was arrested in Smithtown on Sept. 21 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
• Stevens Rivera, 26, of Brentwood, was arrested in Village of the Branch on Sept. 21 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
• Michael Quigley, 35, of Commack, was arrested in Commack on Sept. 20 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt.
  
• Stephanie Incarnato, 22, of West Islip, was arrested in Islandia on Sept. 19 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny.
• Natalie Ceballo, 23, of West Islip, was arrested in Islandia on Sept. 19 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny.
• Samantha Ferreri, 22, of Centereach, was arrested in Smithtown on Sept. 18 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny.
• Dedrick Austin, 21, of N. Bellport, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 23 on a charge of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Michael Martin, 22, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Ronkonkoma on Sept. 21 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
• Brian Davis, 29, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 21 on a charge of fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine.
  
• Narcisso Castillo Jr., 21, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 20 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
  
• Teresa Welch, 48, of Sayville, was arrested in Patchogue on Sept. 19 on a charge of third degree grand larceny.
• Paul Burawa, 27, of Rocky Point, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on Sept. 22 on a charge of second degree burglary.
• Michael Olsen, 23, of Riverhead, was arrested in Miller Place on Sept. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
• Michael Griffin, 29, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Mt. Sinai on Sept. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense.
• Rodney Brooks, 27, of Riverhead, was arrested in Mastic on Sept. 20 on a charge of DWI-2 previous convictions in past 10 years.
• Joanne Cappuccio, 23, of Rocky Point, was arrested in Rocky Point on Sept. 20 on a charge of third degree burglary.
• Carmen Montero, 24, of Patchogue, was arrested in Mastic Beach on Sept. 20 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny.
