Port Chester police said they were notified on Tuesday morning by the Westchester County Real Time Crime Center that the suspect's vehicle may be in the village, which was soon located by FBI Safe Streets task force members in the village.

The suspect's local address was put under surveillance and the Westchester County PD Special Response Team was requested for assistance.

Working with Yonkers police, the Westchester County Police Department and the FBI, more intelligence was gathered and the suspect was taken into custody without incident.
