Judge says 'No' to Sullivan Re-instatement Request
Meanwhile, the sergeant involved in the Clarkstown police controversy has retired.

NEW CITY, NY — A federal judge has denied suspended Clarkstown Police Chief Michael Sullivan's request to be reinstated during disciplinary proceedings against him, according to The Journal News.
Meanwhile, the town has expanded its investigation into Sullivan — who was suspended with pay — and Sgt. Stephen Cole-Hatchard, who has now resigned for the purpose of retirement, TJN reported.
The Journal News also reported that town officials allege Cole-Hatchard tampered with his department computer's hard drive.
