Main Street Shooting Injures 1, Stray Bullet Hits 13th Floor Window
No one was injured in the high-rise apartment building about a half-mile away from Friday evening's gun violence.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A weekend shooting on Main Street injured one and a stray bullet hit a 13th floor window at a downtown luxury apartment building.
On Friday, shortly before 9:30 p.m., New Rochelle police started receiving calls about shots fired near 371 Main Street. Officers arriving on the scene located a shooting victim who sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
An apparent errant shot from this incident hit a 13th floor window at 360 Huguenot Street, which is approximately half a mile away and in the direct line of site of the shooting, according to police.

Shell casings were recovered at the scene.
Officials said preliminary eyewitness accounts indicate there was a dispute between two parties prior to the shooting, and that the suspect fled in a dark colored vehicle eastbound on Main Street.
