The case, handled in New Rochelle City Court and involving the city police department, ended without a public explanation of the disposition, raising questions about transparency in serious local prosecutions.
   

• Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Recording Children Inside Gym Bathroom (wpdh.com) — New Rochelle police are asking New York Athletic Club members to come forward after a hidden camera was found in certain restrooms at the club this summer. Investigators say multiple victims, including children, were recorded, and a former employee has been charged. Anyone who used the listed locker room and tennis restrooms on specific June and July dates is urged to contact Detective Marisa Bird.
