NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The City of New Rochelle’s Department of Parks and Recreation is in the process of creating a comprehensive master plan for Hudson Park, the city’s premier waterfront open space. In conjunction with Stantec consultants, the department is conducting site research and analysis as well as public outreach.

The first public meeting, held Nov. 12 at city hall, brought dozens who shared their thoughts on improvements with the architects and design team.

Now, an online survey in English and Spanish features questions on needed upgrades and space utilization to further refine priorities. Residents of all ages are encouraged to take the survey, which will be live until Jan. 19.
