The Yonkers Fire Department and the Yonkers Building Department assessed the building that the minivan struck and concluded that the building was not structurally compromised.

This incident was investigated as a motor vehicle accident with no criminal element. The driver, however, was unlicensed and possessed only a learner's permit, according to cops.
