Happy Friday, North Fork neighbors and friends. The North Fork community was saddened to hear this week that what fast became a community gathering spot, the North Fork Roadhouse, has closed its doors, as its partners move on to new horizons. Thanking them for the memories.

On Shelter Island, parents and the community are fundraising to help a group of students broaden their horizons and head to Spain for an immersive experience, learning about the language and culture, this summer. Investing in our kids is investing in our future, my mom always used to say. Read the article and see how to help.
