Police Locate Car of Missing Greenport Man
The vehicle was found at the Cross Sound Ferry parking lot in Orient Point on Thursday.

Police found the car of a Greenport man who was recently reported missing parked at the Cross Sound Ferry parking lot in Orient Point on Thursday, according to Southold Town Police.
Michael O’Brien, 55, was reported missing by his wife, Mary, and has not been seen since Sunday.

Officers conducted an extensive search of the Orient Point area deploying Suffolk County Police Department Aviation, Marine Units and All-Terrain vehicles with negative results, according to police.
The Detective Division will continue the investigation along with further physical searches, police said.

O’Brien is described as white, 6-foot, 250 pounds, with brown hair and a beard.
