Northport Students Compete Alongside International Students at DECA Conference

Five Northport students recently traveled to Florida to participate in an international DECA conference alongside more than 15,000 students and business from around the world.
DECA chapters from all over the world were at the event, including chapters from China, Mexico, Canada and South Korea.

Tyler DuPont, Spencer Fishstein, Blake Ferris and Ryan Adell competed in the Financial Services, Sports Marketing and Principles of Business Management events by completing written exams and case study role plays in front of judges.
The Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) International Career Development Conference was held in Orlando, Fla., from April 25-29.
