Burglary, Drug Possession, Stolen Property, DWI: Recent Rockland Grand Jury Indictments
Incidents took place in Spring Valley, New City, Clarkstown, Orangetown and Ramapo, according to the DA

Juanita Campbell and Annie Oates of Newburgh were indicted Feb. 20 by a Rockland County Grand Jury for the crime of Grand Larceny in the 4th degree. District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe alleged the duo stole $1,050 worth of merchandise from the Target in Spring Valley on Aug. 7, 2014.
William and Marlena Daberkow of 34 Burda Lane in New City were indicted for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd Degree and 3rd Degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree. Zugibe said William Daberkow was stopped while driving Jan. 29, 2015 and found to be in possession of marijuana. Police then executed a search warrant at the home the husband and wife share, and found approximately 6.73 oz of cocaine.
Juan Rosa of Jackson, NJ was indicted Feb. 18 for the crimes of Driving While Intoxicated, as a Felony and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree. Zugibe alleged that Rosa drove drunk Aug. 30 in Clarkstown on the Palisades Parkway while his license was suspended and/or revoked. He had a previous DWI in December 2012.

Jamarr Wilson of Spring Valley was indicted Feb. 18 for the crimes of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. Zugibe alleged Wilson was found in possession of a stolen ATV worth more than $1,000 in Ramapo on Sept. 5.
Bassem Yousef of Briarcliff Manor was indicted Feb. 13 for the crime of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree. Zugibe alleged that on Feb. 2, 2015, Yousef stole property from parked vehicles while in the area of Sunset Road, Ellsworth Drive and Burrows Lane in Orangetown and was found to be in possession of a stolen credit card and debit card.
