Are you longing for a yoga class but can’t afford it? Birchwood Center now offers three special yoga classes at recession busting prices!

Monday, 5:45-7pm  Vinyasa Flow

Friday, 6-8:30pm  Hatha Yoga

Sunday, 12-1:30pm  Vinyasa Flow  

All classes are level I/II, mixed level/beginners welcome, taught by Birchwood Center trained and certified yoga instructors. Classes are $7.00 each. Cash or check only please, no credit cards. Unlimited class cards and monthly memberships will also be accepted. Everyone is welcome!
