BELLY DANCE for Childbirth and Mothers' Wellbeing with Birnur Siren
Belly Dance is an ancient dance form that was initially practiced among women for fertility, easy child birthing, postpartum recovery, and all other women related issues as menstrual cycles and menopause. Belly Dance helps moms-to-be by strengthening and preparing their bodies for childbirth and postpartum recovery. It also benefits a new mama's mind and soul through the joy of empowerment and connection with other women.
Join us for a fun-filled experiential evening (for mothers in all stages of life) with renowned Belly Dance Instructor, Birnur Siren. Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Birnur teaches the Art of Belly Dancing in the Rockland/Westchester area.
