"Nyack Hospital invites all people with diabetes to its free Annual Diabetes Symposium on Wednesday, November 3, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm at Nyack Hospital. Attendees will hear from educational and motivational speakers, get the latest information on diabetes management, learn how to enjoy eating out and staying on track, find out food facts of favorite recipes, pick up pointers from a personal trainer on how to get in shape, and hear first-hand how one man was motivated by the diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes to become an avid cyclist and went on to lose seventy pounds.
Enjoy a light dinner, vendors, and free drawings. Pre-registration is required. To register, simply call 845.348.2004 and leave your name(s) and phone number. The doors will open at 6:00 pm on the night of the event.

All attendees are invited to also visit the Edythe Kurz Center for Sleep Medicine's Open House being held from 4:00-8:00 pm that evening. Registration is not required for the Sleep Center Open House, and walk-ins are welcome!
