That amber aristocrat of all sweets, maple syrup, can be yours for the making from your very own trees! Come and learn how to identify a maple, tap the tree, gather its sap, and boil it down to maple syrup. Participants will take home sap spouts and directions on how to tap their own trees. We will be tasting hot maple syrup on snow, to be eaten along with a dill pickle!
