Steve Caccavo, one of the founders and former owners of The Well-Bred Loaf, Inc., is famous for blondies, brownies, chocolate-chip cookies and all-butter pound cake. He grew this business from a home-based startup to a 120-employee manufacturer of brand-name "munchies." Along the way, he invented Blondies. In Steve's presentation, he tells you how he did it and offers encouragement tempered with a prescription for caution for the would-be entrepreneur.
