We’re expecting record-breaking crowds in Nyack on Saturday, October 25, so be prepared for a busy day! Here’s a rundown of the events:

8:00 - 1:00pm Nyack Farmers’ Market, Main Street parking Lot

9:00am First-ever Nyack Witch Way 5K costume run (organized by the Village)

9:45am Boo Run 1K -- Kids’ costume run/parade (organized by the Village)

2:30pm* Parking restrictions begin to take effect on Main Street and Broadway

3:00 - 5:00pm Live music in Main Street parking lot (provided by the Chamber)

4:00pm Marchers, floats assemble for parade and prize registration
in Memorial Park

4:00pm* Main Street and Broadway closed to traffic

4:30pm Zombies assemble in Memorial Park for Zombie crawl

5:00pm Zombie Apocalypse crawl begins

5:30pm The Nyack Chamber’s 27th Annual Halloween Parade steps off from Memorial Park

6:30pm Float and costume award ceremony begins, Main Street lot

6:30pmMonster Mash party for families at Nyack Center

7:00pm Music and dancing with Frankie D and The Boys, Main Street lot

7:00pm Parade after-parties at local establishments

~8:00pm* Main Street and Broadway reopen to traffic

* NOTE: Village authorities and local police work to keep the streets open to traffic for as long as possible before the parade, and to reopen the streets as soon as possible after the parade. However, parking on the parade route (Main Street and South Broadway) will be restricted starting in mid-afternoon and the streets will close at 4:00pm.
