Daniel Heras-Redroban was sentenced June 3 before Rockland County Court Judge William K. Nelson to a state prison term of 2 years with 2 years post-release supervision.
He had pleaded guilty to a charge of Assault in the 2nd Degree, District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe said.
In a bar in Haverstraw at 7 p.m. August 4, Heras-Redroban threw an empty beer bottle at a man, hitting him in the head and causing facial fractures. The victim ended up in Westchester Medical Center for treatment.
Heras-Redroban is 22.
