A good samaritan found him loose on Main Street and turned him over to the puppy division at the Ossining Police Department.
A good samaritan told Patch: "Found this guy running on Main Street and Highland, he is at the Ossining police station till tonight and then if not picked up he will go to Briarcliff SPCA. He is well taken care of and I'm sure someone is looking for him."
