The event will also include a formal dedication ceremony for the new 8-acre ballfield adjacent to The Club that was built for the Village as part of this intergenerational community. Scheduled to attend the dedication are Briarcliff Manor Mayor William Vescio and Matt Phillips, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Development Group which is developing The Club in partnership with the National Electrical Benefit Fund, a $10 billion Washington, DC-based pension fund.
