Felony DWI Charges for Man Sleeping on Route 9A
He had disabled his interlock device he was required to drive because of a previous DWI.

Cesar Noble of Beacon, N.Y. was found asleep behind the wheel of his running car alongside northbound Route 9A in Ossining town, Westchester County Police said.
He was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree, also a felony, and Failure to Use an Interlock Device, a misdemeanor.
Noble, 60, is legally required to drive a vehicle outfitted with an interlock device due to a previous DWI conviction, police said.
