Metro-North Adds Trains For NYC Women's March Saturday
Here are details about the trains, the rally and the march.

To accommodate anticipated increased ridership to New York City for the Women’s March, Metro-North will run four extra trains on Saturday. The schedule changes affect the Hudson and New Haven lines.
The Harlem Line schedule will remain the same.
Metro-North typically operates a robust Saturday schedule, said spokeswoman Nancy Gamerman. On the New Haven Line, trains operate every half-hour between New Haven and Grand Central Terminal and between Stamford and Grand Central Terminal; on the Harlem Line, trains operate every half-hour between Southeast and Grand Central Terminal and between North White Plains and Grand Central Terminal; on the Hudson Line trains operate every half-hour between Croton-Harmon and Grand Central Terminal, with hourly trains between Poughkeepsie and Grand Central Terminal.

"Our goal is to unite people all over the world in the fight for human rights. Women's March Alliance is honored to be one of the leaders in this effort and we're excited – but not surprised – that New Yorkers have already come out and committed themselves to leading the effort. There are marches happening all over the world on January 20th and 21st – there will surely be another record-setting #weekendofwomen," Katherine Siemionko, the founder of Women's March Alliance and lead organizer of the New York City march, said in a statement.
