Students at Eagle Elementary School recently presented their research work at the April Patchogue-Medford Board of Education Business meeting at South Ocean Middle School.
Writing projects were presented from Jacob Booth (Pre-K), Zachary Hess (Kindergarten) and Danica Sherman (Grade 1).
Second grader Devani Martinez did a community project where she spoke about the Medford Fire Department, Patchogue-Medford High School and Peppermint Park in Medford.
Third grader Emma Schmidt presented her geography brochure that features locations such as Death Valley in California.
Fourth grader Farrah Hashish talked about how she did a research project on dolphins.
Fifth grader Michael Adams did a Civil War presentation dressed as Jefferson Davis.
