Cortlandt Traffic Stop Results in DWI Charge for Ossining Man

Carlos M. Santiago, 66, of Ossining, NY, is due in Cortlandt town court March 20 to answer a charge of Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

State police conducted a vehicle and traffic stop at 1:22 a.m. March 7 on State Route 9 in Cortlandt on a driver whom they said failed to maintain his lane of travel. They found Santiago to be intoxicated.
