November marks the opening of The Indigo Helm at 2050 East Main Street, Pike Plaza in Cortlandt Manor, NY. Owner, Lisa Leardi-Lake, brings a new twist to the healing community in a place she describes as, "more than yoga". Although it boasts a beautiful bright industrial style yoga space, there is more. Much, much more. Author of the Health and Wellness book, Indigo Pure, Leardi-Lake provides a discovery environment for all who are interested in gaining or regaining tools for balanced living.
Nicknamed, "The Indigo", immediately on entry you feel a contemporary vibe. The owner states, "This is for everyone. Everyone starts somewhere. If we are to nourish mind body and spirit, I needed to offer programs that relate to all three. With a bit of fun!". In addition, Leardi-Lake retails books, metaphysical items and clothing in what she calls her, "little hip shop". She carries a variety of items ranging from rock concert tees, bellbottoms and books on various topics as well as white sage and Reiki blessed candles. Drop- ins welcome! She also notes this is a great gift certificate giving place for the holidays.
