Frozen yogurt comes in three standard flavors; original, pomegranate and Madagascar vanilla. Options may seem limited, but the flavor comes from the toppings, like strawberries, bananas, blueberries, Cap'n Crunch, graham crackers, Fruity Pebbles and many more. Fresh fruit toppings range between 10-30 calories (one scoop), while others range between 30-110 calories (one scoop).
