Working Moms Can Network Monday at Y JCC

Working women know the difficult balancing act required of them. Monday night, The offers a social support group for that addresses these challenges and offers solutions. It's one of many activities around Plainview today.

Monday's options include:

1. The Mid-Island Y JCC has a great idea for working moms: a working mom's social support group, discusses the challenges working mom's face. Moms share experiences and advice from 8-9 p.m.

2. The  has a wide range of activities today, including free tax assistance for seniors ages 60 and over. The help is available Monday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Check out our Events calendar for many other activities.

3. Freeport High School comes into town today to play  in girls lacrosse Monday at 4:15 p.m. 

4. The Nassau County in Roslyn has lots to offer, including a display of the poster art of the 1917 October Revolution. These graphic, inexpensively produced posters carried the Revolution’s message to the masses. Open from 11:00 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
