Music Around the World at Edna Louise Spear Elementary

The sounds of drums, xylophones and shakers filled the gymnasium during the Edna Louise Spear Elementary School’s annual Music Around the World performance on April 2.

During the event, fourth-graders performed songs, dance and instrumental pieces native to Spain, Morocco, Liberia and the Iroquois Nation for parents and friends.

The event culminated the students’ music lessons related to music from around the world.
