Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• April 9: Gary A. Mannina, 35, of Levittown, charged on Jackson Avenue and Sunrise Highway in Seaford.
• April 9: Arturo V. Tello, 47, of Hicksville, charged on W John Street and Marion Place in Hicksville.
• April 9: Barry Won, 33, of Flushing, charged on Shelter Rock Road and Doral Drive in North Hills.
• April 9: Victor Lucero-Romano, 46, of New Cassel, charged on Maple Avenue in Westbury.
• April 9: Anne D. Campbell, 34, of Island park, charged on Long Beach Road and Waukena Avenue in Oceanside.
• April 9: Erica H. Propfe, 24, of New Cassel, charged on Carman Avenue and Old Country Road in Westbury.
• April 9: Michele L. Bachety, 28, of Levittown, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Conti Square Boulevard in East Meadow.
• April 9: Katheryne Castro-Jorge, 22, of Bay Shore, charged on I-495 Exit 39 in East Hills.
