Come join the Prospect Heights community Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm for an all level Pilates mat class. This class will challenge and strengthen beginner and advanced level students alike! It will be a vigorous workout and will help realign the body, strengthen the core, and improve flexibility and posture. Classes take place at 500 Prospect Place and Classon Avenue at It Takes A Village. Bring your own mat. Walk-ins welcome, but it's best to reserve a spot! Cash only, exact change please.
