Police Seeking Man Who Burglarized Riverhead Restaurant
The burglary occurred in September.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Police Department detectives are looking for the man pictured above who is believed to have broken into and stolen money from a Riverhead restaurant last September.
Police say an unknown black man entered the Dark Horse Restaurant, located at 1 East Main St., on Sept. 26 between 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. and stole $200 from the register, police said.
The man was wearing blue jeans with white embroidery on the rear pockets, a brown hooded jacket, and a white shirt.

He was wearing large headphones around his neck, with black and possibly red coloring with metal on the frame of the headphones, police said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
