Beware -- Angelo Williams of Avalon Towing in New Rochelle NY has been contracted by Walgreens and Stop and Shop in Port Chester to boot your car if "he decides" that you have not shopped in those stores. The booting can happen within 5 or 10 minutes of the time you enter the store. When you return to your car - he will then threaten you with towing if you do not immediately pay him personally $70 in cash without a receipt. The police cannot assist you with this albeit New Rochelle has implemented some new legislation last year in response to his behavior in their town. This person is extremely threatening and gets ugly when he is demanding your cash. I would recommend that you shop elsewhere and register a complaint online to the Westchester Department of Consumer Protection if you have been a victim of this abuse.
