1. 3 Arrests Made After Stolen Car Chase In Rye: PD (patch.com) — Rye police arrested three adults and located a minor after a stolen car from Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck crashed into marshland near the St. Regis residences and Playland Access Drive. The suspects fled on foot, triggering a large perimeter search with help from neighboring departments, county police, K‑9 units, helicopter and drone support. Charges now include stolen property, criminal mischief, and endangering the welfare of a child.
   

2. New Measures to Improve Rye Traffic and Pedestrian Safety (myrye.com) — Rye's traffic and pedestrian safety chief Brian Dempsey explains how residents can report speeding, crosswalk, and e‑bike concerns and what changes are already underway on local streets.
