Rye Brook came back from a 2-0 deficit in the first inning to defeat the Hot Shotz in the Women's League playoffs Tuesday, 18-13.
The Hot Shotz lost the game by only five runs after Rye Brook held an 18-6 lead after five innings.
Five runs in the sixth and two runs in the seventh inning just weren't enough for the fifth place regular season finishers, who fell short in the 18-13 final.
