Rain is forecast throughout a good portion of Thursday with temps in the low 60s. The rain may be heavy at times, according to reports.
“The winds shift around to the northeast Monday night, and that will help usher the chill back into the Hudson Valley. A cold night, will be followed by a chilly Tuesday,” writes Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. “As Wednesday and Thursday approach, a strong frontal system approaches from the west. That will bring clouds and warmer air back into the Hudson Valley starting Wednesday afternoon… and by Thursday some rain, that could be heavy at times.”
On Friday, things dry out a bit, starting out cloudy and becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon. Temperatures will be in the upper 50s.
The weekend looks partly sunny right now with highs in the mid- to upper-40s.
