Plane Makes Emergency Landing At MacArthur Airport: FAA
The pilot had reported "possible engine problems," an FAA spokeswoman said.

RONKONKOMA, NY - The pilot of a single-engine Cessna 172 made an emergency landing at Long Island MacArthur Airport in Ronkonkoma after reporting possible engine problems on Sunday, a Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman said.
The plane landed safely with two people on board at around 2:15 p.m., she said, adding that the FAA will investigate.
An airport official said the pilot had reported the plane’s engine was running rough.
