
A woman robbed a Holbrook bank Friday afternoon, police said.
According to police, the woman entered Citibank, located at 5801 Sunrise Highway at about 2:55 p.m. and displayed a note demanding cash.
The teller complied with the robber’s demand and gave the suspect an undetermined amount of cash. The robber fled on foot heading east through the parking lot.

The robber is described as a white female, approximately 5-feet tall with a medium build, between 30 and 35-years-old with light brown hair. She was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.
That description is similar to ones given for recent bank robberies in West Babylon and Bayport, but police did not say if they believe the robberies are connected.

The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information on the robbery to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
