Woman Drove Drunk With Daughter in Car in East Northport, Police Say

A woman was arrested in East Northport for driving while intoxicated with her 11-year-old daughter in the car Thursday at 6 p.m., according to Suffolk County Police.

Police received a report that the driver of a 2014 Volkswagen Passat was drunk in the parking lot on 200 Larkfield Road.

Authorities found that the driver was under the influence of alcohol.

Jamie Wieser, 45, of Johnson Street in Centerport, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger 15-years-old or younger and endangering the welfare of a child.

Wieser will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Friday.
