If you can stand crowds and people putting their arms over your back to grab drinks, Irish Times is the place to be. It has an impressive 20 televisions, a slew of beer and during happy hour everything is $2 except shots, from 4-7 p.m. and 3-7 p.m. on Friday.

Momo's Sports Bar

Union Ave, Holbrook NY 11742/ 631-648-9669

Located at the site of the old Murphy's Law, Momos Sports Bar has quickly built a following in Holbrook. Besides offering $3 domestic beers and $4 imports, the bar has half-price appetizers after 10 p.m., 11 plasma televisions and a 52-inch projection television.

Outback Steakhouse

325 Main St, Holbrook, NY/ 631-585-0404

Outback has a small bar with a few televisions, but it could be a sleeper location because not many go there for games. The draw back is that it opens for dinner only, so you can't watch afternoon games with Aussie fever.

Shennanigans

Possibly the most community focused with many regular customers on this list, Shennanigans is a small bar tucked away on a busy street on Lake Ronkonkoma.

T.G.I. Friday's

2320 N Ocean Ave, Farmingville, NY/ 631-736-3631

You can eat good at Friday's this week. There are $2 appetizers with the purchase of an entrée (with a special coupon you can find on their website).

If you're staying home…

For those staying home and enjoying the games with the comfort of their own televisions and beer, there is one wild card on our list …

LI Wings n' Things

1105 Horseblock Rd, Farmingville, NY/ 631-696-9464

With an array of wings and other fried foods that will stuff you up for days, LI Wings N Things is a tasty option for takeout. It beats the contemporary and boring pizza and Chinese. Why not get a buffalo chicken wrap with extra blue cheese, or choose from one of many delicious wing flavors like Jamaican jerk or parmesan garlic?

No matter where you watch the games, there are plenty of good times, good food and good games to be had.

P.S.: Just in case you forgot, U.S. and England square off at 1:30 p.m.
