Women's Weight Training

Tuesdays & Thursdays, January 11-March 3, 1:00-2:00 pM

Fee: $50 check or money order only payable to Sayville library

Have fun and get fit learning basic weight and resistance training with certified expert Ellyn Seltzer. You may bring a set of 2 lb. dumbbells, if desired, or use resistance bands (which may be purchased at the program for $4). Appropriate for seniors. Space is limited. Please check with your physician before beginning any workout program.
