Bayport-Blue Point High School girls cross-country are victorious once again, claiming the County Championship title on the Nov. 4 event. The girls won the 5000 meter Class B County Championship held at Sunken Meadow and will compete in the State Championship meet representing Section XI runners.  Individual results were Katie Saroka (19:44.1), Courtney Dooley (20.53.6), Taylor Darby (21:14.9), Shannon O'Hara (21:15.0), Brianna Delzell (21:17.6), Cassie Dooley (21:42.7) and Abby Coyle (22:44.9). The site for the State Championship is Veronon-Verona-Sherrill in Verona, New York on Saturday Nov. 12.  Good luck to Coach Ungaro and the B-BP runners at the state finals.
