The extra point attempt failed on a miscommunication. John Haggart then ran in at 3:18 for a 8-yard touchdown to secure Sayville's lead once more, 34-14. Huntington would strike again for a 10-yard touchdown run to cut the score to 34-21.

Sayville's next game will be on the road on Oct. 6 at 3:30 p.m. against Harborfields High School.
