Arson Squad Probes Fire In Abandoned Mastic Beach Home

The Suffolk County Police Department Arson Squad is investigating a house fire on Beaver Drive in Mastic Beach Thursday afternoon. The fire was reported at approximately 2:30 p.m. Firefighters from the Mastic Beach, Mastic and Brookhaven fire departments responded to the scene. The abandoned home was located at 110 Beaver Dr. Ambulance companies from Mastic Beach, Shirley and Mastic also responded to the scene.
