Man Busted on Magee Street for Driving with Cocaine, Booze in Car: Police
The man charged with a felony, police said.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY - A Southampton man spent the night in jail after police nabbed him driving with cocaine and alcohol in his car, police said.
According to Southampton Town police, on Saturday at approximately 1 a.m., members of the Southampton Town Police Department Patrol Division observed a vehicle on Magee Street move from a lane unsafely.
The officer stopped the vehicle and upon interviewing the driver, Daniel DeOliveira, 32, of Southampton, was found to be in possession of an open alcoholic beverage in the vehicle and a quantity of what was believed to be cocaine, police said.

DeOliveira was subsequently arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a feloy, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, moving from lane unsafely, and an equipment violation of broken vehicle glas, police said.
DeOliveira was processed at Southampton Town Police headquarters and held for morning arraignment; he was released on $500 bail, police said..
