Man Nabbed for Drunk Driving in East Quogue: Police
The man was initially stopped for a traffic infraction, police said.
EAST QUOGUE, NY - A Center Moriches man was busted after he was caught driving drunk in East Quogue, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, Jose L. Martinez, 32, was arrested on Sunday at 10:40 p.m. on Sunrise Highway after he was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be intoxicated.
He was arrested at the scene, transported to police headquarters for processing, and held for morning arraignment, police said.
