SOUTHAMPTON, NY - It was a day to honor the angels among us.
On Friday afternoon at Southampton Hospital's Parrish Memorial Hall, the facility's dedicated nursing team was treated to lunch, an awards presentation and remarks of appreciation by hospital management.

Speaking at the luncheon were Southampton Hospital's Vice President of Patient Services Patricia A. Darcey, President and CEO Robert Chaloner, Vice President of Community and Government Relations Robert Ross, and Chief Medical and Operating Officer Dr. Fredric Weinbaum.
Also in attendance was Southampton Hospital Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Christopher Schulteis.

Besides the fun of giving Awards to this year's best, the mood turned solemn when the dedicated nurses recited their professional oath, "The Nightingale Pledge".
