Police: Sag Harbor Man Arrested in Connection to February Armed Robbery

The arrest was made on Thursday night.

Sag Harbor Police arrested a local man on Thursday night in connection to an arm robbery that occurred last month at a Sag Harbor home.

On February 10, Ali Wisdom, 37, entered a home on Hillside Drive and told the male resident, who knew Wisdom, that he wanted all his money, according to police.

He then displayed what appeared to be a semi-automatic weapon, put it in the head of the resident, and fired two shots at a TV set inside the home, police said.

Wisdom was apprehended on March 10 by U.S. Border Patrol while trying to enter San Diego, California from Mexico and was extradited with the assistance of the Suffolk County Police Fugitive Squad, police said.
