Unlicensed Man Busted for Driving Drunk: Police

The man was slapped with a felony charge for aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, police said.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY: A Hampton Bays man was slapped with a felony charge after he was caught driving drunk, police said.

According to Southampton Town Police, Carlos PullaSolano, 21, was arrested on Sunday at 4:46 a.m. on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays after he was observed failing to maintain his lane of traffic. He was stopped, and upon investigation, it was learned that PullaSolano was driving while intoxicated, police said.

He was transported to the Southampton Town Police headquarters for arrest processing, police said. PullaSolano was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, moving from lane unsafely, a violation, operating without a license, a violation, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a felony, police said.

PullaSolano was held for morning arraignment, police said.
