Unlicensed North Sea Man Cuffed for DWI After Hampton Bays Accident: Police
The man was charged with a felony, police said.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY - A North Sea man was charged with driving while intoxicated after a car accident in Hampton Bays on Sunday.
According to Southampton Town Police, Anacleto Bartolon-Ortiz, 38, of North Sea was arrested at 3:01 a.m. on Suffolk Road after he was involved in the accident.
Further investigation revealed that Bartolon-Ortiz was intoxicated, police said.

He was arrested, transported to the Southampton Town Police headquarters for processing, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a felony, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, a misdemeanor, refusal to take a breath test and moving from lane unsafely, a violation, police said.
There were no injuries as a result of the accident, police said.

Bartolon-Ortiz was held for morning arraignment, police said.
